Make good meat decisions

After you decide to pull the trigger on a deer, elk or antelope, the next big decision you'll face will be, "What am I going to do with this meat?" Alas, it's true. Hunters often make poor choices. They decide on their own about steaks, chops, roasts, burger and sausages -- often on the spur of the moment as they talk to a game processor.

Take a word of advice and do a little planning before you get your game animal to the processor. And first, foremost and always, talk to The Cook before you make any decisions!

Wild game processors can do just about anything you want with your big game animal. In fact, in addition to a regular cut, we offer several special processing packages and have 14 different types of sausage and two types of jerky, as well.

The links below will help you do a little planning before you get here. By having our offerings on the Internet, we also provide you with an easy way to talk to The Cook at home and get the input needed before you head to the processor.

Use these forms to get an idea of what kind of wild game
processing or sausage you want, and how much you want, then print it out and bring it with you.
