Custom cutting We cut beef, hogs, lamb and buffalo We do complete custom cutting of beef, hogs, lamb and buffalo, including the kill, skinning, disposal of the carcass and cutting and wrapping of the meat. Here is our custom cutting price list: BEEF:   $40 to kill (includes disposal)   45 cents per pound to cut and wrap HOGS:   $26 to kill (includes disposal)    40 cents per pound to cut and wrap (minimum $90) LAMB:   $25 to kill (includes disposal)    $30 each to cut and wrap BUFFALO:   $50 includes kill and disposal (if we come to your site)        50 cents per pound to cut and wrap        $35 skinning and disposal (no skinning charge if we tan the hide) CUBE STEAK:   $1 per pound SMOKING:   80 cents per pound MILEAGE:   40 cents per mile (round trip) Use this form to get an idea of what kind of cutting you want, then print it out and bring it with you.
